We are a family owned and operated business.

Everything you'll see and enjoy was built little by little throughout the years by husband and wife Rick and Teri Jackson (with a little help from their old John Deere tractor). When they bought this 10 acre parcel of land back in 2000, it was just that, bare land. They moved out on to the property in 2001 along with their two young daughters, Braidyn and Kamarin, living in a 28 foot travel trailer with a generator for power and lots of mud.  As a family they built each structure, putting their character, blood, sweat and tears into each one. Over time the property has evolved into the unique and custom estate that it is today.

Braidyn married the love of her life Ray, on the property in 2017 and they now have two incredible young boys that bring endless joy and adventurous, fearless boy energy to the family.

Kamarin married the love of her life Jose in 2022 on the property and  they brought the most beautiful, perfect baby girl into the family in 2024.  Her personality comes through more and more each day and rounds out this loving family.

They all continue to work together. Rick and Teri maintain the property and take care of the “behind the scenes” work at OHE.

Braidyn and Kamarin are the venue liaisons for OHE and work closely together and with clients to help them have a wonderful event.
