- Three days and two nights of full access to the entire Venue.
- Accommodations for 20 guests.
- Complimentary early check-in at noon Friday.
- Complimentary late check-out at noon Sunday.
- Main house boasting 3500 square feet of living space with gourmet kitchen, comfortable living room, outdoor kitchen with large capacity BBQ (1 full tank of propane included), dining for 24, and sleeping for up to 10 in three separate ensuite master bedrooms including a beautiful bridal suite.
- Pub House with 1600 square feet of living space that includes a bathroom with shower, pool table, wet bar to include 2 keg fridges with built-in taps, video games and sleeping for up to 6 in two separate spaces.
- Three separate wedding, ceremony, or event areas.
- Outdoor uncovered patio (about 2500 sf) for ceremony, dancing, or games.
- Outdoor covered patio (about 2000 sf) with shade screens and string lights for ceremony, reception, dancing, or games and is attached to the Pub House for a large party area.
- The Lawn (about 4500 sf) for ceremony, reception, dancing, or games.
- Up to 160 Event guests.
- White padded folding chairs for 160 guests.
- 22 - 60-inch diameter round tables.
- 4 - 96-inch x 30-inch rectangle banquet tables.

Terms
$500 is due at booking.
$2000 is due 30 days after booking.
Half of the remaining balance is due 180 days prior to arrival.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
$2500 Damage/Cleaning deposit due 10 days prior to arrival.
A 3% transaction fee will be charged if paid by credit card. No fee for cash, check or EFT.
We offer a 5% discount on the total package price if either of the marrying couple is active-duty military, law enforcement or fire fighter. We recognize and thank you for your service!
